Sales and Purchase Policy
Once a healthy bird leaves this shop we cannot control its care and condition. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the welfare of the bird.
It is the buyer's responsibility to keep a bird healthy upon leaving the store, and we will not issue refunds in the case of sickness or death of a purchased bird.
We do not accept over-the-phone payments. All purchases must occur in store.
We will not issue refunds for broken bird toys.
